The main find in this area is a Roman bathhouse.
The boat-slips are probably
Hellenistic and/or Persian;
they may have been dry-docks for fishing
vessels, or berths for war-galleys.
At the bottom of the trench are the earliest remains excavated by our expedition, dating to the Middle Bronze Age.
