Getting to Dor
By train
From the Ben Gurion Airport take train northward (Haifa direction) to Binyamina station (about 20 km from Dor). You can check the schedule and fares on the Israel Railway company's web site.
From Binyamina you can take a taxi to the entrance to Nahsholim, from where the site is in a walking distance.
If you come to Dor with a rented car, you should proceed from the airport in the general direction of Haifa. Follow the signs from the airport to highway number 1, to Haifa and Tel Aviv. After driving through Tel Aviv on the highway you should turn off to highway number 2 (follow the blue signs to Haifa). Keep on highway 2 northwards for about 50 km. and take the exit to Zichron Ya’akov. At the first intersection (the Fureidis intersection) turn left atthe traffic lights to route 4. Just after you pass through the village of Fureidis on your right, take the first left turn from route 4 to Nahsholim / Dor. Turn right at the sign to Nahsholim. This road will lead you to the parking lot, from where you can walk to Hamizgaga Museum or to the site.
